Questions, answered.

Is Spotterz only for certified trainers?
No — join with or without formal certification. Trainers who upload and pass verification get a "Verified" badge, which significantly increases inbound. If you're self-taught but experienced, you can still list and build reviews over time.
How do payouts work?
Clients pay via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Spotterz takes 15% and 85% is paid directly to your linked bank — typically within 2 working days. Full statements and GST-friendly receipts for every transaction.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
On day 15, your ₹499/month subscription begins. No card is collected during trial — we ask for payment on day 14 and email you 48 hours before. Cancel anytime, no lock-in.
Can I use Spotterz if I'm a gym trainer, not independent?
Absolutely. Many trainers use Spotterz to earn on top of their gym salary — online clients, digital plans, Instagram conversions. Spotterz doesn't conflict with gym employment.
Is there a mobile app?
Spotterz is mobile-first web today — works on any phone, no install. A dedicated iOS + Android app for clients ships in month 3. Trainers continue to use the web dashboard, built for the bigger screen.
Which cities are you in?
Launching across Bangalore, then Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune. Online training has no city limit — trainers can coach clients anywhere in India. Join the waitlist if you're in a new city and we'll prioritize.
