Terms of Service

Spotterz is a marketplace that helps fitness trainers publish a profile and helps clients find them. We provide the platform; we do not employ trainers, supervise training, or provide coaching ourselves.

Any coaching agreement is between the trainer and the client directly. That includes what is delivered, when, and what it costs.

You need an account to message, book or list. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put on it and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to use Spotterz.

Listing is free for the first 30 days. After that, keeping a listing live costs ₹699 per month, charged manually — there is no automatic renewal, and nothing is debited without you choosing to pay.

If a payment is not made, the listing stays live for a further 5 days before it comes down. Client data, plans and chat history are retained after a listing lapses.

Spotterz takes no commission on fees a trainer charges their clients.

The Verified badge means a person on our team reviewed the certification documents a trainer submitted and found them satisfactory. It is not an identity check, a background check, an endorsement of coaching quality, or a guarantee of any outcome.

Trainers must not misrepresent their qualifications. Submitting false documents will result in the listing being removed.

Do not use Spotterz to harass anyone, publish content you do not have the rights to, post misleading claims about qualifications or results, scrape the platform, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Client transformation photos may only be published with that client’s explicit consent.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules.

Physical training carries risk. Spotterz does not provide medical advice, and nothing on the platform should be treated as such. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new training or nutrition programme.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Spotterz is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not party to the coaching relationship between a trainer and a client.

These terms may change as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
